The Position:

We are seeking a Business Development employee to be responsible for the sales and service of all digital advertising accounts as well as onboarding of new clients and maintenance of existing accounts. This position requires a self-driven individual with an excellent work ethic who’s willing to use creativity to build and sustain account relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as direct contact for current clients and potential clients
  • Deliver client advertising campaigns to achieve goals and objectives
  • Drive revenue through high-dollar and long-term campaigns
  • Qualify, prioritize, and close inbound leads
  • Consult with clients on their marketing needs
  • Execute a strategic sales plan
  • Assist in managing sales quota
  • Make cold calls to develop new business
  • Provide continuous service throughout campaigns to achieve renewed business
  • Complete projects as directed by the Director of Sales
     

Required Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proven work ethic
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Competitive nature
  • Time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven attitude
  • Previous business-to-business advertising sales experience is a plus

Compensation: +$50,000 (with commission)
